You must contact us before sending your order back, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to include with your return or exchange. Without this number we cannot guarantee that your return/exchange will be correctly processed or that any eligible refunds will be correctly issued.

If you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us within 30 days. We will do our best to resolve any issues you have. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

SECTION 1. If you are requesting a return or exchange because you received a defective or damaged item(s), or because we shipped you the wrong item(s) please contact us. The following restrictions apply:

  • We will do everything we can to correct the mistake, either by replacing the item or refunding your payment.
  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Contact us to arrange for the return shipment of your defective, damaged, or incorrect item(s), generally we will send you a return shipping label for you to send back your item(s)

SECTION 2. If you are requesting a return or exchange because you ordered the incorrect item(s), incorrect variation of item(s) (ie: incorrect size or color), you have changed your mind and no longer want the item(s), or any other reason please contact us. The following restrictions apply:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
    • Footwear items must not have been worn off of a carpeted surface.
  • Your item must be returned in the original packaging.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
  • If you are requesting a refund:
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    • There will be a $10 restocking fee deducted from your refund.
  • If you are requesting an exchange:
    • You will be responsible for the shipping charges to ship the replacement item(s) to you.
    • You will be charged a $10 restocking fee.
    • Availability of the item you wish to exchanging for is not guaranteed.
    • If the item(s) you want to exchange for is unavailable at the time we receive your exchanged item(s) you will receive a refund instead as outlined above.
    • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

SECTION 3. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

SECTION 4. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

SECTION 5. Where to ship your item(s) for return or exchange.
To return your item(s) please follow the checklist below:

  • Package your item(s) back in their original packaging.
  • Write the RMA# provided to you by our customer service. If you don’t have an RMA# please contact us to get one. Please do not ship your item(s) back with an RMA#. You will not receive an exchange or refund.
  • You should mail your items(s) to the applicable address below:
    • If shipping with the United States Postal Service: RETURNS DEPT  PO Box 330, Eminence, MO, 65466, United States.
    • If shipping with UPS or FedEx: RETURNS DEPT  117 Stewart Landing, Eminence, MO, 65466, United States.
    • If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SECTION 6. Getting your refund

Upon receipt your returned item will be inspected.

  • If the returned items are found to be unused and undamaged a refund or exchange will be issued in accordance with this policy.
  • If the returned items are found to be used or worn no refund or exchange shall be issued.
    • Footwear items that have been worn on a carpeted surface and have not sustained any sign of wear may be returned.
    • Footwear that has been worn outdoors or off of a carpeted surface will not be refunded.

If your return is accepted we will issue your exchange or a refund to the payment method used during purchase. If the payment method used during purchase is no longer in service please contact us to arrange an alternative method.
